We are looking for volunteers of JUNCTION ASIA 2022.

We are finding passionate people who will make JUNCTION ASIA hackathon with crews for 3 days from August 19 to August 21!

Eligibility

Any adult interested in attending the JUNCTION ASIA 2022 hackathon event as a volunteer!
Simultaneous application with participants is not allowed. If you are rejected after applying as a participant, you can apply.
For smooth communication with crews, you should speak in simple Korean.

Application Period

Submission Period: July 13 - August 4
Volunteer selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply by email that you can check often!
After acceptation of document screening, an interview is scheduled.

Acceptation Process

1. Document screening

Please apply as a volunteer on the webpage through the apply button below!
Acceptance of document screening will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours.

2. Interview

After passing the document screening, an interview in Korean and English will be progressed.
Required questions in English and Korean will be provided to interviewees prior to the interview.

Work Schedule

3 shifts in 3 days (subject to change depending on circumstances)
Orientation will be held on the day of the event, and the task and time will be assigned during the orientation.

Communication

Work communication between crews and volunteers is based on KakaoTalk messenger. Discord is used to communicate with participants. In case of emergencies, please stay in touch during the hackathon much as possible.

Offers

We provide hotel accommodations for 2 nights during the event, but we recommend to reserve your own accommodation.

Provided accommodation will have one queen size bed for 2 volunteers for each room
All meals are provided.

8월19일 ~ 8월 21일 3일 간 JUNCTION ASIA 해커톤을 크루들과 같이 만들어나갈 열정적인 분들을 찾습니다!

지원 자격

JUNCTION ASIA 2022 해커톤 행사에 관심있는 성인 누구나!
참가자와 동시 지원이 불가능합니다. 참가자 지원 후 불합격 받았을 경우에는 지원 가능합니다.
행사 공식언어는 영어로 진행됩니다. 영어로 대화하는데 큰 무리가 없어야 합니다.

지원 기간

지원서 제출 기간: 7월 13일 ~ 8월 4일
봉사자 선발은 선착순으로 진행될 예정입니다. 자주 확인하실 수 있는 메일로 지원부탁드려요!
지원서 합격 이후에는 면접이 예정되어있습니다.

선발 과정

1. 서류 제출

아래 지원하기 버튼을 통해 웹페이지에서 봉사자로 지원해주세요!
서류 전형 합격 여부는 72시간 이내에 메일로 전달드립니다.

2. 면접 진행

서류 전형 합격 이후에는 한국어와 영어 면접이 진행됩니다.
영어 및 한국어 필수 질문은 면접 대상자 분들께 면접 이전에 미리 안내드립니다.

업무 스케쥴

3일간 3교대 (상황에 따라 변경가능)
행사 당일에 사전교육이 진행되며, 담당 업무 및 시간은 사전교육 때 배정될 예정입니다.

소통 방식

크루 및 봉사자간의 업무소통은 카카오톡을 기반으로 하게 됩니다. 참여자와의 소통은 디스코드를 이용합니다. 가능하면 행사 기간 내엔 항상 연락 가능하도록 부탁드립니다.

제공 항목

행사기간 동안 2박의 숙소를 제공하지만, 개인 숙소를 이용하시는 걸 적극 권장드립니다.

제공되는 숙소는 하나의 퀸 사이즈 침대로 이루어진 2인 1실입니다.
세 번의 식사가 제공됩니다.
